April Fool's Day

A loose remake of the 1986 slasher classic, the film follows wealthy siblings Desiree and Blaine Cartier as they host a lavish April Fool's Day party for their socialite friends. The festivities take a tragic turn when a mean-spirited prank leads to the accidental death of a guest, Milan Hastings. One year later, the group reunites after receiving anonymous invitations to Milan’s grave, only to find themselves targeted by a mysterious killer who begins executing them one by one. As the body count rises and secrets regarding the inheritance surface, the survivors must determine if they are being hunted for revenge or caught in the middle of an elaborate, deadly joke where no one is who they seem.
