Archaeologist Scarlett Marlowe continues her father's obsessive quest for Nicolas Flamel's philosopher’s stone, a legendary artifact hidden deep within the forbidden sections of the Paris Catacombs. Enlisting a team of experts and local cataphiles, she leads them into a claustrophobic maze of bones that descends into a nightmarish, supernatural reflection of their own personal sins.
