Barbie: A Fairy Secret follows Barbie, who is at the premiere of her latest movie with her boyfriend Ken when a rival co-star Raquelle accidentally rips Barbie’s dress. Her two fashion stylists—who are secretly fairies—use magic to fix it, but things take a turn when a photographer fairy named Crystal shows photos to Princess Graciella, who then falls under a love potion and decides she must marry Ken. Ken is whisked away to the hidden fairy realm of Gloss Angeles, where a human marrying a fairy must stay forever. Barbie and Raquelle must set aside their rivalry, team up with the fairy stylists Carrie and Taylor, journey through magical portals (including a stop in Paris), confront the love potion’s effects, face misunderstandings, and ultimately learn lessons about friendship, forgiveness, and letting go of jealousy as they strive to rescue Ken and set things right.
