Belén

Based on Ana Correa's non-fiction book Somos Belén, the drama follows Julieta, a young woman from northern Argentina who suffers a medical emergency at a hospital and is wrongfully accused and imprisoned under the country's strict anti-abortion laws. Facing a conservative judicial system determined to convict her, she finds an ally in tenacious attorney Soledad Deza, whose relentless courtroom battle to exonerate Julieta ignites a massive feminist grassroots movement that reverberates across the nation.
