Set during a quiet Christmas night in a leafy American suburb, seventeen-year-old Ashley arrives at the Lerner household for a routine babysitting job, looking after the precocious twelve-year-old Luke. The evening takes a terrifying turn when the house comes under siege by what appears to be a violent home invasion, forcing Ashley to fight desperately to protect her young charge.
