Bhootam Bhayyam

Seven unemployed young friends move into Raniwada, an abandoned mansion steeped in an eerie history, where they unearth an ancient magical coin known as the Parees. Blindingly driven by greed to generate quick wealth despite ominous warnings, they inadvertently awaken a centuries-old curse tied to an ancient queen and occult forces. When their friend Gaja goes missing, they discover the coin can only regain its true power through the blood of the thief reborn—revealing Gaja's past-life identity—forcing the group to confront malevolent spirits, an occultist named Jathai, and their own greed to save their friend's life.
