Set against the immediate aftermath of the 2016 Indian banknote demonetisation, Cash follows Armaan Gulati, an ambitious, serial entrepreneurial failure who spots a lucrative business opportunity amid the financial disruption. Partnering with his girlfriend Neha and best friend Vivek (aka Soda), he launches a high-stakes startup scheme to launder five crores of banned currency into legitimate white money before the 52-day banking deadline expires. However, their makeshift enterprise quickly unravels into chaotic misadventures as they navigate perilous cross-paths with a menacing local politician, an uncompromising cop, and unexpected complications.
