About Dosti: Friends Forever
Karan Thapar, the wealthy yet neglected heir of a distant family, forms an unbreakable, lifelong bond with Raj Malhotra, an orphan who rescues him from a fatal accident during their childhood. As adults, their brotherhood is tested when personal romances, societal status, and misunderstandings threaten their relationships with their respective partners, Kajal and Anjali. When Raj is diagnosed with a fatal illness, he conceals his impending fate and dedicates his remaining time to reconciling Karan with his estranged family, ensuring that their friendship endures beyond life itself.
