Neil Wistin is a private drone contractor who spends his days conducting covert military missions from a suburban office before returning to a quiet family life that remains oblivious to his secret profession. His carefully constructed world begins to unravel on the anniversary of a fatal strike when Imir Shaw, an enigmatic Pakistani businessman, arrives at his home claiming interest in a boat Neil is selling.
