About Everybody's Fine
Frank Goode, a retired widower who has spent his life working in a wire factory, realizes that his late wife was his primary connection to his four adult children. When all of them cancel a planned family reunion, Frank decides to ignore his doctor's warnings about his health and embarks on an impromptu cross-country road trip to visit each child at their home. As he travels from New York to Chicago, Denver, and Las Vegas, Frank begins to see that his children’s lives are not as perfect as they have led him to believe, eventually discovering the painful secrets they have been keeping to protect him.
