Final Destination

After Alex Browning has a terrifying premonition of his high school class's plane exploding mid-air, he panics and is removed from the flight along with several classmates. When the plane actually explodes moments after takeoff, the survivors believe they have cheated fate. However, they soon realize that Death has a meticulous design, and one by one, they begin to die in the precise order they were originally meant to perish. As the survivors face increasingly elaborate and gruesome "accidents," Alex must find a way to intervene in Death's plan before his own number is called.
