Raj (Govinda), a private detective, is hired by his friend Sanjay to follow his wife to Europe to gather evidence of an alleged affair. Meanwhile, Sanjay's wife, Anjali, suspects him of the same and sends her friend, also named Anjali (Rani Mukerji), in her place to spy on Sanjay. Amidst the picturesque landscapes of Europe, Raj and the second Anjali meet and fall in love, unaware of each other's true identities or the fact that they are spying on one another.
