Here Comes the Boom

A disillusioned, middle-aged high school biology teacher, Scott Voss (Kevin James), faces a crisis when budget cuts threaten his school’s music program and risk the livelihood of his beloved colleague Marty (Henry Winkler). To raise the needed funds, Scott dusts off his old wrestling skills and steps into the world of MMA fighting — first losing small underground bouts, then training to win bigger ones. With help from former fighter Niko (Bas Rutten) and unlikely support from his students, Scott embarks on a heartfelt, hilarious underdog journey to save what matters most.
