Charlie Bronson is a former getaway driver living in a quiet California town under the Witness Protection Program with his girlfriend, Annie. When Annie lands a life-changing job interview in Los Angeles, Charlie risks everything by breaking protocol to drive her there in his restored 1967 Lincoln Continental. Their road trip quickly descends into a high-speed catastrophe as they are pursued by a bumbling U.S. Marshal, Annie’s obsessive ex-boyfriend, and Charlie’s former criminal accomplices led by the vengeful Alex Dmitri. Balancing irreverent comedy with genuine romantic chemistry, the film follows the couple as they navigate car chases and confront Charlie's shady past to secure their future.
