Insanitarium

Determined to rescue his sister, Lily, from an involuntary commitment, Jack Romero feigns mental illness to infiltrate the Middleton Psychiatric Institute. However, his rescue mission turns into a fight for survival when he discovers the sadistic Dr. Gianetti is using the inmates as test subjects for an experimental drug called "Orpheus."
