Ittefaq

Dev Verma, a pragmatic police officer, is tasked with investigating a high-profile double murder where the only two witnesses—acclaimed British-Indian novelist Vikram Sethi and Mumbai homemaker Maya Sinha—are also each other's prime accusers. On a stormy night, Vikram flees police suspicion over his wife Katherine's murder and takes refuge in Maya’s apartment, only for Maya's husband, Shekhar, to end up dead shortly after. As Dev interrogates the two suspects under tight procedural deadlines, he finds himself navigating contrasting, seemingly airtight accounts of the same night, racing against time to untangle the truth behind the deception.
