Set against the backdrop of the first-ever Horror Hound festival in Louisiana, the film follows Laine and her horror-obsessed boyfriend Chase as they join hundreds of fans for the macabre celebration. As the festivities intensify, Laine begins to experience disturbing premonitions and vivid visions linked to the town's dark past and the urban legend of The Creeper. What starts as a fanboy's dream trip quickly descends into a fight for survival when Laine realizes she has been specifically targeted for a blood-soaked ritual, and the ancient, winged predator has been summoned once again to feed during its 23-day cycle.
