Roohi

Set in the fictional town of Bagadpur, where "pakadwa vivah" (groom kidnapping / bride abduction) is customary, two bumbling small-town friends, Bhawra Pandey and Kattanni Qureshi, are tasked with abducting a quiet young woman named Roohi. When a sudden delay forces them to hide her in an abandoned timber mill, they uncover a terrifying supernatural secret: Roohi is possessed by Afza, a demonic, backwards-footed spirit. Chaos ensues as Bhawra falls in love with the sweet Roohi and desperately seeks an exorcism, while Kattanni falls head over heels for the fiercely spirited Afza, sparking an eccentric romantic tussle with a supernatural twist.
