Shiva, a charismatic, small-time thief living in Mumbai, falls in love with a woman named Paro, but his carefree lifestyle is upended when a young girl arrives insisting he is her father. Target of ruthless gangsters who mistake him for his heroic, deceased lookalike—ASP Vikram Singh Rathore—Shiva uncovers the corrupt reign of terror inflicted on the village of Devgarh by the tyrant Baapji. Embracing the mantle and uniform of his fallen doppelgänger, Shiva sets out to protect the child, avenge Rathore's sacrifice, and restore justice to the oppressed villagers.
