Barbara Duggen, a struggling mobile seamstress in the Swiss Alps, finds her life unraveling after she stumbles upon a botched drug deal involving two injured men and a briefcase full of cash. In an inventive narrative style reminiscent of Run Lola Run, the film explores the butterfly effect of her three possible choices: committing the perfect crime, calling the police, or driving away.
