Stardust

Stardust (2007) is a romantic fantasy adventure directed by Matthew Vaughn, co-written with Jane Goldman, and based on Neil Gaiman’s novel. The film follows Tristan Thorn (Charlie Cox), who ventures into the magical realm of Stormhold to capture a fallen star and win the heart of his beloved. Instead, he finds the star personified as a woman named Yvaine (Claire Danes), pursued by power-hungry princes and a dark witch (Michelle Pfeiffer). Joined by a roguish sky pirate (Robert De Niro), Tristan’s quest evolves into a journey of love, courage, and destiny—ultimately revealing that true magic comes from the bond between them and the choices they make.
