The Grand Seduction

Set in the tiny, economically depressed fishing village of Tickle Head, Newfoundland, the residents find themselves in a desperate situation: they must secure a full-time resident doctor to qualify for a lucrative factory contract that could save their community. When fate brings the young, big-city doctor Paul Lewis to the harbor for a one-month trial, the unemployed fisherman Murray French leads the town in a massive, coordinated deception.
