The Mechanic

The film centers on an elite "mechanic"—a professional assassin known for his strict code and a unique talent for making high-profile hits look like accidents or suicides. After his close friend and mentor is murdered, he takes it upon himself to eliminate those responsible, despite the target being someone within his own circle. Complicating his mission is the arrival of the mentor's estranged and volatile son, who seeks to learn the trade to exact his own revenge. The two form an uneasy partnership, but as they navigate a series of increasingly dangerous assignments, secrets from the past threaten to turn the teacher and student against one another in a deadly game of survival.
