About The Mechanik
Nick Cherenko, a former Soviet Spetsnaz operative turned humble mechanic, is haunted by the brutal murder of his wife and son at the hands of a ruthless Russian mob boss. Years later, while living in Los Angeles, he is offered a chance at redemption when a wealthy woman hires him to rescue her daughter from human traffickers in Saint Petersburg. Discovering that the kidnapper is the same man who destroyed his family, Nick returns to Russia for a high-stakes rescue mission fueled by a cold, calculating desire for vengeance.
