When straight-arrow FBI agent Roy Clayton leads an investigation into a dangerous international conspiracy, all clues point toward former U.S. Special Operations officer Samir Horn. A mysterious figure with a complex web of connections to terrorist organizations, Horn possesses a knack for appearing on the scene just as major operations occur.
