A wealthy diamond dealer, Kyle Miller (Nicolas Cage), his wife Sarah (Nicole Kidman), and their daughter Avery (Liana Liberato) enjoy a comfortable life in their secure, sprawling home — until a group of violent thieves disguised as police officers invade.
