Tribanadhari Barbarik centres on Dr. Shyam Kath (u) (Sathyaraj), a psychiatrist turned warrior-figure, whose granddaughter mysteriously vanishes one night. Determined to bring her back, he teams up with a determined under-dog cop, Chandra, and together they navigate a complex maze of clues and crime involving two childhood friends-turned-petty-criminals and a larger mythological thread tied to an ancient warrior named Barbarik whose three arrows were undefeated.
