Best friends Emily and Lesley embark on what was supposed to be a fun road trip through the desert, but the journey takes a terrifying turn when Emily decides to take a shortcut through a remote stretch of highway known as "Devil’s Pass." Their decision makes them the target of a mysterious and relentless trucker driving a massive, rusted tow truck. What begins as a series of aggressive maneuvers quickly escalates into a lethal game of cat-and-mouse, as the girls are forced to fight for their lives against a faceless driver who seems determined to run them off the road.
