Set in 1976, the Olmedo family leaves their quiet village life for the promise of prosperity in Madrid, moving into a spacious, fully-furnished apartment at 32 Malasaña Street. Their dreams of a fresh start quickly dissolve into a waking nightmare as they realize they are not alone in their new home.
