8 A.M. Metro is a poignant, slice-of-life drama that follows Iravati, a 29-year-old homemaker from Nanded who travels to Hyderabad to assist her pregnant sister. Struggling with severe panic attacks triggered by a childhood trauma related to trains, she is forced to navigate the city’s metro system alone. During her commute, she meets Preetam, a gentle banker who notices her distress and offers solace through shared conversations, poetry by Gulzar, and literature.
