Akhendra “Topichand” Bhangari, an illegal shop owner in Chor Bazaar, is determined to marry his daughter, Kiran, to a notorious gangster to maintain his underworld reputation. However, Kiran is in love with Raj, a wealthy and respectable man who has no criminal background. To win over her father, Kiran convinces Raj to pose as a dangerous “Gunda,” leading him to hire a professional trainer to learn the mannerisms of a criminal.
