Anacondas: Trail of Blood follows herpetologist Dr. Amanda Hayes (Crystal Allen) as she returns to confront a monstrous, genetically enhanced anaconda that has gained regenerative powers from the rare “blood orchid” serum. A dying billionaire, Murdoch (John Rhys-Davies), desperate for a cure, hires mercenaries to recover the serum — but Amanda and a team of scientists intervene, determined to destroy both the serum and the serpent. As their mission takes them deep into a mine filled with blood orchids, chaotic alliances form, lives are lost, and the snake’s regenerative abilities make it seemingly unstoppable.
