The film follows Kittu (played by Vijay Antony), a locomotive power‑broker embedded within the corridors of government who can manipulate transfers, land deals and political contracts. When he accepts a job involving a vast parcel of land belonging to a powerful figure in Delhi, the stakes spiral. As his layered past and motives come to light, Kittu finds himself entangled in a web of corruption, betrayal and unseen power structures — forcing him to confront the cost of his transactions and his identity in a system built on secrets.
