Vijay Gurumoorthy, India's seventh-richest billionaire, falls victim to a treacherous scheme orchestrating an illegal brain transplantation to seize his immense wealth. The conspirators replace his brain with that of Sathya, an impoverished man serving a prison sentence whose primary motivation in life is locating his long-lost sister separated during childhood. Awakening in the magnate's body, Sathya uncovers the sinister reality of corporate greed and human exploitation, utilizing his newly acquired fortune and influence to combat systemic corruption through radical philanthropy while relentlessly pursuing justice and his sister's whereabouts.
