Blue Jasmine follows the psychological unraveling of Jasmine Francis, a glamorous Manhattan socialite whose life of extreme luxury collapses after her husband’s massive financial fraud is exposed. Penniless and mentally fragile, she is forced to move into her working-class sister Ginger’s modest San Francisco apartment.
