About Custody
Set in the late 1990s, the film follows A. Shiva, an honest and principled police constable who takes an infamous criminal and key witness named Rajashekhar "Raju" into custody. Assigned to escort him safely to a special court in Bangalore, Shiva quickly discovers that high-ranking corrupt officials, top police brass, and dangerous henchmen are ruthlessly hunting them down to eliminate Raju before he can testify in court. Bound strictly by his oath to uphold the law, Shiva puts his life and the safety of his lover Revathi on the line as they embark on a high-stakes, action-packed race against time to bring the witness to the judge alive.
