An elderly couple's long-awaited prayers for a child are answered in a miraculous twist of fate when a divine being grants them a unique existence: a single body that transforms dynamically, existing as a woman from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and shifting into a man from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Named Rajini, the individual navigates distinct social lives, careers, and romances across both gender identities. However, their lives are thrown into disarray when an unexpected physical milestone disrupts the stable twelve-hour transformation cycle, drawing unwanted attention from a startup founder eager to exploit the phenomenon through genetic experimentation.
