Farhana

Farhana follows the life of Farhana, a middle‑class mother from a conservative Muslim household whose family is struggling financially. To help them, she takes up work at a call centre—initially in normal customer service, but then she is persuaded to join a more lucrative division that involves friendly / fantasy‐chat with male callers. Though her heart and values are conflicted, the extra income begins to give her a sense of independence and relief. However, when her relationship with one such caller grows beyond just calls and she tries to meet him, she faces unexpected dangers, secrets, and moral dilemmas that force her to confront how far she’s willing to go for her family and freedom.
