Happiness for Beginners

At a crossroads following her divorce, schoolteacher Helen signs up for a grueling "Adventure of a Lifetime" backcountry survival course along the Appalachian Trail. Hoping to reset her life and prove her resilience, she joins a quirky group of strangers, only to discover that her brother's best friend, Jake, is also part of the expedition.
