Aditya Singh, a young business magnate with a life-threatening heart condition, falls in love with Ria and marries her against his mother’s wishes. Opting for a heart transplant performed by his friend Dr. Sameer instead of the renowned Dr. Trehan, Aditya undergoes a terrifying medical phenomenon known as anaesthesia awareness.
