Hridayapoorvam

Hridayapoorvam follows the life of Sandeep Balakrishnan, a wealthy but emotionally distant businessman in Kochi, whose world is upended after he undergoes a heart transplant. Viewing the new heart purely as a medical object, he tries to remain detached. However, circumstances lead him to Pune, where he encounters the family of the donor. As he comes to interact with them, bonds form and transformations occur in his life, blending emotional conflicts, familial connections, and gentle humor.
