Jilabi

Jilabi is a gritty Marathi-language crime thriller that follows ACP Vijay Karmarkar, a morally ambiguous and corrupt police officer who sees the high-profile murder of a wealthy industrialist's son-in-law as a prime opportunity for personal profit. As Karmarkar launches an investigation into the Subhedar family—interrogating identical twins Saurav and Gaurav Subhedar along with Saurav's wife, Janhavi—he quickly finds himself trapped in a web of deceit, kidnapping, and successive murders. What began as a simple scheme for extortion spirals into a lethal game of survival as Karmarkar realizes the case is far more complex and dangerous than he initially anticipated.
