After struggling to support his wife, recent college graduate Manny Everett reluctantly accepts a job from his ruthless father-in-law serving eviction notices to delinquent tenants. His life takes a terrifying turn when he evicts an old friend, inadvertently triggering a lethal "karma demon" that begins to systematically stalk and terrorize his loved ones.
