Kodiyil Oruvan

Vijaya Raghavan, a dedicated IAS aspirant from a humble background, moves to a Chennai slum to pursue his dreams while fulfilling a promise to his mother to serve the people. However, his peaceful life is disrupted when he encounters local criminal elements and corrupt political forces that dominate the neighborhood.
