About Manorama Six Feet Under
Set against the arid backdrop of a sleepy Rajasthani town called Lakhot, the story follows Satyaveer Singh Randhawa, a suspended junior public works engineer and failed pulp-fiction detective novelist. Desperate for purpose and extra cash, he accepts an offer from a mysterious woman claiming to be the local irrigation minister’s wife to secretly photograph her husband's alleged infidelity. However, after completing the assignment, Satyaveer discovers that the woman who hired him was an impostor and is subsequently found murdered. As he investigates further to clear his own name, he unearths a dark, sprawling conspiracy involving political corruption, blackmail, and systematic abuse that reaches the highest corridors of power.
