K, an arrogant, narcissistic chain-smoker, is coerced by his estranged wife into visiting a bizarre rehabilitation clinic named Prayogshala, run by the sinister cult-like guru Baba Bengali. After signing an inescapable contract, K discovers that every violation of his pledge triggers severe psychological torment and brutal retribution against his family, trapping him in a Kafkaesque nightmare where the boundaries between reality, hallucination, and totalitarian control completely blur.
