Pallaburusu

Set in a rural Telangana village, Pallaburusu follows Shambo, a 70-year-old widower whose dentist advises him to start using a toothbrush. When he asks his railway gateman son, Tirupati, to buy him one, ongoing financial strains and mutual neglect cause the simple request to be brushed aside. What begins as a minor domestic oversight escalates into a full-blown community feud and legal battle, unearthing years of deep-seated resentment, brittle egos, and unspoken emotional distance between the father and son.
