Pixels

“Pixels” is a science‑fiction action comedy where Earth comes under attack from aliens who misinterpret video feeds of classic arcade games as declarations of war. The creatures of beloved retro games such as Pac‑Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga and others are reimagined in real life and unleashed to assault cities around the globe. To fend off the invasion, the President enlists former arcade champions from the 1980s — including Sam Brenner (a home theatre installer turned saviour), his friends, and a military specialist — to use their old game skills (and some modern firepower) to defend Earth and win back peace.
