In the white-knuckle action thriller Plane, pilot Brodie Torrance (Gerard Butler) finds himself in a desperate situation after a lightning strike forces an emergency landing on a war-torn, rebel-controlled island in the Philippines. As the passengers are taken hostage by dangerous local militia, Torrance is forced to rely on an unlikely ally: Louis Gaspare (Mike Colter), a convicted murderer being transported by the FBI. Together, they must navigate the hostile jungle to rescue the passengers and escape the island before the situation turns deadly, all while the airline’s crisis team works frantically from New York to secure their extraction.
