Rajni Ki Baraat

Set in the dusty lanes of Darbhanga, Bihar, Rajni Ki Baraat follows the spirited college teacher Rajni, whose life takes an unexpected turn when her boyfriend meekly caves to his authoritarian, wealth-obsessed policeman father and agrees to marry someone else. Refusing to quietly accept the constraints of a deeply patriarchal society, Rajni decides to take control of her own destiny in a bold, unconventional manner by orchestrating her very own wedding procession.
